This is a pool of waste that had collected from the train spill. It bubbles and lays there. Dogs come here to sniff around but they aren't able to to go swimming. Its highly poisonous (though not to the animals) and believed to be one of the sources where humans got their disease. It used to be a small lake in the time of the humans.
